Oak Mill Bakery’s Fruit Tarts

Located at 5753 W Belmont Ave, Oak Mill Bakery is a small store where you can buy a variety of small pastries and cakes from various locations. I often come here to buy sweets for special occasions, and my favorite is the fruit tart.
The crust is not too flaky and is perfect to hold onto if you’re eating by hand. The mix of cream and fruit is the best part of the tart, though. Blueberries, grapes, kiwi, and some other items are glazed with some gelatin, and the cream is delicious. Whether you eat the fruit seperately or with the entire tart, this dessert is the perfect treat.
